Digital Generator Control Table

(1)Intelligent Drilling Unit

We integrated the direct-torque control with constant-bit-pressure control to form a stable auto-drilling system (used for main motors/ separated motors auto-drilling systems).

Drilling Scope: from 0 meter to the maximum depth of oil well.

Module software package is designed to shorten processes of design、installation and debugging, for it supports direct connections of different systems.

The newly developed software package of malfunction identification (such as: bit jumped、torque of rotary table mutated and bit pressure mutated).

According to the long-term statistical data made by our staff in the operation field, we found that using separated motors (which power reaches 30kw) to complete the auto-drilling could save nearly 2 tons of oil per day than using main motors (4000meter frequency conversion motor for example).

Dredge pump system is designed with the function of stroke setting. With set stroke, dredge pump system could avoid the pressure of pump becoming too high during the bulge test or normal drilling. Furthermore, it will help to realize the replacement of pump during cementing.

We specially used the energy-loss brake as the auxiliary brake in the AC-driving program. Because we try to realize the high-speed trip, ensure the frequency converter under normal condition as well as save space of drilling platform by this method.

Our brake power could reach 3000kw.

Continuous cold rolling mill

(1)Reversible hot rolling mill

According to the different demands of client, the top and below rolls can be driven by an electro-motor or two separated electro-motors. During the processing, rolling mill is provided with electric power by thyristor converter and under the control of digital system.

(2)Continuous hot rolling mill

The whole system is made up of several frames. Each frame is drive by an electro-motor, supplied with power by thyristor converter and under the control of digital system.

The processing is under two-level control of DP net & Ethernet. The second computer which in charge of monitoring & operating(opening、stopping and regulating speed) is connected to the primary computer by PLC.

(3)Reversible cold rolling mill

Rolling mill is made up of one or two frames. The coilers of each side are driven by one or two electro-motors to control the invariable tension.

The processing is under two-level control of DP net & Ethernet. The second computer which is in charge of monitoring & operating(opening、stopping and regulating speed) is connected to the primary computer by PLC.

Rolling mill is made up of 3-5 frames with an unwinder and a coiler each, driven by one or two electro-motors. A tensiometer is fixed between two frames to control the invariable tension.
